How does collection work?
At a self-service store (24/7), you receive by email everything you need to access your bike, at any hour and without an appointment. At a staffed store, the team hands you the bike during opening hours.
When am I charged?
Payment is made online, through Stripe, at the time of booking — the amount shown is the amount charged, and your confirmation arrives immediately by email. If a security deposit applies to your bike, its amount is shown before payment: it is requested online before your departure, through a secure link. The deposit is a pre-authorisation — nothing is charged. The amount is simply pre-authorised on your card for the duration of the rental. Your available balance may be temporarily reduced by the amount of the deposit, without any charge.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms are set out in our terms and conditions of rental, which you accept when you book.
